We are neither a law firm nor a public administration, and we do not act on behalf of the French State. TPS GESTION is not affiliated with any administration and does not perform any public service mission. We work in collaboration with partner law firms specialising in foreign nationals' law to best guide and support our clients according to their needs and administrative situation. Our services include, but are not limited to, administrative support, assistance with file compilation, help with ANEF procedures, digital support, appointment scheduling, administrative follow-up, and referral to competent professionals when necessary. TPS GESTION does not in any way guarantee the obtaining of a residence permit, a favourable administrative decision, or a specific processing time, as these decisions fall exclusively under the responsibility of prefectures, the French administration, or competent authorities. TPS GESTION undertakes to respect the confidentiality of information provided by its clients in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Support and consultations are provided by appointment only, remotely or at our offices, depending on availability.
