What are the creation timelines?

Generally 1 to 3 weeks depending on the case and activity. After submission on the single portal, the SIRET number usually arrives within 2 to 15 working days.

Is capital required to become a sole trader?

No. Unlike a SASU or an SARL, the auto-entreprise does not require any capital or deposit to be blocked in a bank account.

Can I set up my sole proprietorship anywhere in France?

Yes. All procedures are carried out online, remotely, throughout France, without the need for travel.

Do you handle my URSSAF declarations?

Yes, as an option for €30/month: monthly declaration of your turnover, monitoring and support in case of difficulty.
